Greater Brockton Young Professionals (GBYP) is proud to announce the appointment of Katrice Gerald to its Board of Directors. Katrice is a People and Culture leader, civic servant, and passionate advocate for Brockton's future, and we couldn't be more thrilled to welcome her into the GBYP family.
Katrice brings an infectious energy and genuine love for Brockton that is immediately felt by everyone she meets. With over a decade of Human Resources and organizational leadership experience, she is the kind of people-first professional who makes every room and every organization — better.
About Katrice Gerald
Katrice is a seasoned People and Culture professional with over a decade of experience building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating inclusive workplaces. She currently serves as a People Business Partner at City Year and as a Commissioner on the City of Brockton's License Commission, a role through which she has helped introduce numerous new businesses to the city and contributed directly to Brockton's economic development.
Her expertise spans strategic leadership and governance, DEIB, organizational development, workforce planning, regulatory compliance, and executive coaching, a combination that positions her to make an immediate and lasting impact on GBYP's growth.
